The goal is simple, for all those who proactice mat based exercise, there are challenges that can impact suscess. For beginners, it’s not knowing where to put hands and feet. For those more expereinced, it is all about looking for ways to push the boundaries of your routine to really get the most out of your practice. In all cases, what is needed is clearly a reference… a guide of somekind that can provide visual feedback to the practitioner.

This app will be able to ‘watch you’ during practice, and will track and analyse your real-time movement.

This enables safer and more precise practice and creates an opportunity to use technology here as well. Our app is being built with the latest in motion detecting technology to record and eventually feedback on your movements during practice by using the camera on your smartphone to track your exerceise on ythe mat.
